Exhaustion Is Making It Hard to Write

I have been exhausted lately. Kids started school, after-school activities, and I am on this project where I am collecting functional requirements for a proposed system. By the time I get home, I just want to crawl in bed and watch my reality shows (yes, don’t judge me too harshly). However, I feel guilty doing this because I still have to write. I need to come up with a better game plan to get all the writing that I need to get done without falling asleep before I have completed half of it.

What are some ways that you get energized?
